Meet the Founder

Komal Khubchandani is the Founder of Learning Station and Founder & Principal of Learning Roots Kindergarten. She is a Certified Jolly Phonics & Grammar Trainer, Preschool Consultant, Teacher Trainer, Parent Educator, Author, and Curriculum Developer with over 13 years of experience in early childhood education, literacy development, and teacher training.

With a passion for transforming education, Komal has dedicated her career to building strong literacy foundations, empowering educators, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children. Her expertise includes Jolly Phonics, Early Literacy, Grammar, Spoken English, Handwriting Improvement, School Readiness, Curriculum Development, Teacher Training, Parent Education, and Preschool Management.

As the founder of Learning Station, she leads the development of innovative educational programs, teacher training initiatives, and educational publications that support learners, educators, schools, and parents. Through Learning Roots Kindergarten, she continues to nurture young minds by providing a joyful, child-centered learning environment that lays a strong foundation for lifelong success.

Since 2017, Komal has been successfully conducting Mother & Child Training Programs, helping parents actively participate in their children’s early learning journey and strengthening the home-school learning partnership.

She is widely recognized for conducting teacher training workshops, school workshops, school orientation programs, principal development sessions, and parent education seminars for schools, educational organizations, and training academies. Her practical, activity-based approach equips educators with effective classroom strategies and empowers parents to support learning beyond the classroom.

As an author and curriculum developer, she has contributed to the creation of educational resources and learning materials designed to make literacy instruction engaging, effective, and accessible for both teachers and learners.
